Our website is published as static files. It has no server of its own that could record what you do here.

Our website is published by a third-party hosting provider, which keeps standard technical access records for security and reliability. Those records may include your IP address. We do not use them ourselves, and we do not combine them with anything else.

2c. Third-party content

The contact section of our website displays a map provided by Google. It loads whenever you open that part of the page, which means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies on your device, under its own privacy policy rather than ours. This happens on every visit.

2d. When you contact us

When you send us a message through the contact form or the newsletter box, what you have typed is transmitted to Web3Forms, a form-handling service, which delivers it to us by email. Web3Forms keeps a copy of the submission in its own account area for a limited period. Nothing is sent until you press the button.

• Contact form data — solely to respond to your enquiry.
• We collect nothing else. There is no analytics, no profiling and no advertising on this website.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Contact form data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest — to respond to a message you have chosen to send us.
• The map on our contact section loads from Google on every visit and gives Google your IP address. We do not process it ourselves, and it is covered by Google's own privacy policy.
